Sunrise Flow Yoga
The instructor will lead you through this slow vinyasa flow style yoga while encouraging each student to find a deeper connection with their breath and body. The class is a sequence of movement and held postures to help warm the body, create strength, and increase flexibility. The class focuses on proper alignment and every class will prepare the body to visit a variety of traditional Hatha Yoga Asana's. This class is available to all levels and will leave students feeling relaxed, empowered and ready to take on the day!

Fit Barre
Low impact, Ballet based total body workout that strengthens and tones target muscle groups! This class will introduce you to the basic movements of Barre and help build your technique, flexibility, and strength. This class is available to all levels and if you are new to Barre, this is a great place to start!
